The strategic mission of the Foundation is to: |
Provide funding for world class presentations to members of the Virginia Association of Governmental Purchasing on topics critical to the exercise of their public responsibilities. Provide funding for the development and presentation of seminars and workshops in the field of purchasing and public management. Provide funding for scholarships awarded to VAGP members for their continuing education and professional development. Provide funding to conduct, publish and disseminate studies and research projects related to the field of public purchasing. Provide funding to analyze and study the professional development needs of the public purchasing profession. |
