VAGP Conference in Alexandria, Virginia and the first regular Foundation
meeting was held on February 12, 1999, in Richmond, Virginia.

therefore, all contributions are tax deductible. The Development Committee has
begun an aggressive effort to create a six figure endowment to fund the
important work the Foundation was created to accomplish.
